About Cog Capital
Cog is an advisory service for early stage businesses and aspiring/ emerging fund managers.
We work to advise startups, founders and emerging managers on all aspects of their business, and work hand-in-hand alongside them to make it happen across operations, strategy, hiring and fundraising tactics. Whether that be acting in a one-off, interim, or part-time capacity, we help to support your start and advise you on how to grow your new venture.
We also provide coaching to startup executives and junior fund managers, particularly women, who are transitioning into senior roles.

About Me
My name is Savs and I've worked in and around startups and venture capital for the past 11 years- as an operator, an investor and an institutional LP at organisations like Teneo, Isomer Capital and Entrepreneur First.

I've worked with hundreds of early stage founders from the ideation stage and beyond and have been fortunate enough to invest and work alongside some incredibly talented and smart emerging fund managers too, working to set up their funds and sitting on their LPACs. I have always believed that people make products great and that the team, especially in the early days of a new venture, is everything, but it's also extremely complex. It's one of the reasons I trained as an Executive Coach, to understand more about how to help others make sense of themselves and their teams.
